User Agreement

1. Using ToyVault

ToyVault is a social community for discovering, organizing, and sharing designer toys. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement in your location and must provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details private and do not use another person's account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other material you add. You grant ToyVault the limited permission needed to host, display, and distribute that material through the service and provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or unsafe content. We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

3. Safety and interactions

ToyVault does not verify identity, guarantee the accuracy of profiles, or guarantee any outcome from a conversation. Use good judgment, protect personal information, and take appropriate precautions for any offline interaction. Use report and block tools when needed.

4. Tokens and purchases

ToyVault may offer token packs and premium features through Apple App Store and Google Play purchase flows. Tokens are virtual items with no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are subject to the applicable platform payment terms. Prices and available packs may change.

5. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ToyVault at any time and request account deletion through the app. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or the law. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations, continue after access ends.

6. Disclaimers

ToyVault is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToyVault is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or user content.
